Elevating Coaches Around the US

A coach's job was never just the practice plan or the scoreboard. It's the roster email at 10pm, the fundraiser that has to fund the season, the bus schedule for an away tournament, and a hundred small judgment calls in between — usually handled by one person, on their own time, with no staff to hand any of it off to.

Pro Coach Studio exists to give that person back some of that time. We build focused, AI-powered tools for high school and middle school coaches — software that handles the repetitive planning and writing work so coaches can spend more of their time actually coaching.

What We Believe

Coaches are overextended by design, not by choice. Most coaching jobs bundle in communication, logistics, and fundraising responsibilities that have nothing to do with athletics — and little to no budget or staff to support them.
The tools should do the tedious part, not the coaching part. Our AI drafts, plans, and organizes; the coach still makes every call about their team. Every tool is a starting point to edit, not a final answer to accept as-is.
Student privacy is not optional. Our tools are built for planning and communication content — not for storing or processing sensitive student records.
Software for coaches should be judged by hours saved on a Tuesday night, not by feature count. If a tool doesn't save real time, it doesn't belong in the product.

Who We're Building For

We're building specifically for coaching professionals at the high school and middle school level — the coaches most likely to be doing this job as one of several roles, without a full athletic department's worth of support behind them.

Where We Are Today

We're a new company, and this product is still early. That means the tool set above will keep changing as we learn what actually saves coaches time versus what just sounds useful. We'd rather ship a small set of tools that genuinely work than a long list that don't. If there's a tool you wish existed, we want to hear about it.
